Swelling blood clotting and pimples.

Dear Doctor's, This is a self made scar and I will always regret about it. I had 2 small skin tags on my upper right shoulder near the neck join. Last Sunday afternoon I cut one of the tags using scissors. Little bleeding happened, I put some cotton soaked in dettol and bandaged it.Next day morning I found that area red and swelled with burning sensation. For next 2 days I have taken signoflam tablets twice daily. I found the reduction in swelling, but the redness is till there around the infected area. Now I am seeing some pimples around neck and that area. Also thought out these days I am applying himalaya antiseptic cream over there thrice daily. Please find the current snap of that area as of today morning. Kindly suggest me what I need to do now. Regards Pragyana
