Swelling and pain in leg and hand

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I have results of test of T3 91.04, T4 9.58, TSH 3rd Gen 5.03, uric acid hemoglobin are normal. ESR(Westergen) is 35. I have swelling and pain in both leg and burn in the place where pain is there and pain in hand. Taking painkiller then pain and swelling becomes normal. What to do....
