Swelling and in cheeks,neck and jawline

Dear Sir/Mam, I discharged from hospital after infected from covid on 26th april and i was taking predmet 16 mg bd for 4 days then 2 days 8mg bd then 2 days 4 mg bd..i stopped taking this since 4th may.after that i felt swelling and pain in neck n cheeks.Could you tell the reason or shall i take lysoflam or montair LC for 2-3 days?

Should take nimopara or any nimesuline (100 mg) tab for pain relief. Symptoms shall subside in few days.
