The picture is not very clear but it looks there is food impaction or cavity in your wisdom tooth and it is not erupting in alignment it is more towards your cheek and in future definitely u will get troubled ,so I would advise you to visit your dentist and plan for removal of that tooth whenever is feasible for you For now you can take Tab Diclomol SOS AND Betadiene mouthwash in 1:1 ratio with water 3-4 times a day ,do not rinse or eat till 15-20 min after the use
Health Tips
Maintain oral hygiene ,try keeping that area clean ,food should not get accumulated over there

Wisdom teeth start erupting between 18-25 years of age. Considering your age and the fact that you do not have severe pain I would advise that you wait and visit a dentist only if you are in severe discomfort. Until then please keep that area clean to prevent tooth or gum infection.
Health Tips
Warm salt water rinse to reduce gum inflammation, if any.

Extraction  is advisable  as its a region for food  loggment  and would decay your adjacent  tooth.
