Swelling and lines on leg
I have swelling in my leg and lines on it there is little pain also. I had this 1 year back I had consulted a surgeon and few scan was done after seeing the scans the doctor told there is nothing to worry and he recommended I had just to do walking and this disappeared after one month of walking and now it's back again after a year. Please suggest what to do should I start walking again or get checked once again

Sir are you diabetic , these are varicose veins , wear stocking while walking and also would like to know if you smoke, and do you face pain while walking or do you have to rest for a while walking for long distance, if venous doppler is fine then yes you need to walk slowly and tske control of your diet

Looks like varicose veins...
Avoid prolonged standing , reduce weight..especially abdominal obesity needs to be reduced
Wear stocking while standing and walking..
Do regular exercises and walking
Have leg elevation while sleeping

So Firstly we have to rule out cardiometabolic diseases .
Get your bp and sugar chelked.
And consult with the reports
