Swelling along the sternum
I m having swelling along the right side of the sternum which covers the almost half of the upper sternum. It is very tender to touch. If I touch, the pain starts radiating to back as well.I have got MRI of the sternum done but showed everything normal.I had got one CT done few months ago and that showed joint space narrowing of sternoclavicular joint.Even walking triggers the pain. Can you help me what could this be since MRI is also normal

If there is swelling, FNAC must be done to confirm the diagnosis. Kindly consult a surgeon.
