Swelled red spots on face

Asked for Female, 70 Years

I've been having this spots ever since my doctor, DR.Rustogi changed my medicines. But according to him it isn't it's reaction. Even though he changed the medicines, the spots remain. We have also consulted a family doctor and according to him it isn't chickenpox.
