  4. Sweaty palms. : ( what should i do?

Sweaty palms
My feet and palm sweats too much and because of it I don't do handshakes. And I walk wearing slippers, my feet sweats and I can't walk properly. I don't hold anything like paper, for longer time because it gets wet due to sweat. This is very embarrassing. :( What should I do?

Hyperhidrosis is seen in few oersons. Dont get depressed. Better show to any dermatologist and medicine doc to rule out any secondary causes.
