Hello sir, your BP medicine Stamlo contains Amlodepine- A calcium channel blocker. It causes swelling of feet and ankles as a side effect. (It is a vessel dilator- causes pooling of blood due to gravity in the dilated vessels). Switch to Tab. Telma H 40/12.5mg once daily after breakfast. You will be relieved. God bless you.
