Sweating and excessive hairfall

Asked for Female, 26 Years

If I don't wash hair for two days my hair gets sticky and causes excessive hairfall so can we wash hair on every alternate day in summer my hair becomes dry sticky and tangled if I don't wash hair for two days please if there any solution other than hair washing
