Sweating and due to that whole bodyitch

This started from my childhood always my body will sweat when I do a small work as compared to others then slowly it will change to itching sensation to the whole body.and to avoid it I go take a bath in hot water..(as I am afraid of cold water) and then it reduces..before it was the other way..when I bath and come out from cold water it itches.
