Sweat in hair
Hello doctors , Some people are advising to cut my child hair she is 3 years old and with low immunity often catches cold and fever. I have a query like do sweat in hair really causes cold and will it be one of the reason for cold. Kindly suggest can I do summer hair cut or not .

Hi dear Sweat in hair does not cause cold although it can cause scalp problems so u can cut ur childs hair Although if u feel that child is small u can try cutting at home as well because they will be more comfortable at home and won't get anxious so it would be easy for u to make them sit and cut their hair . If the child is getting cold it's coz of change in environmental these days so don't let child sleep in AC or directly under the fan. Make them wear full pant and shirt Give them dry fruits in the diet to boost immunity Take care
