  4. Swallon of penis. Too. please help me?

I did try 3some with a sex partner and 4days later saw some yellowish smelling flu ish from my penis. I did sleep nude that day am confused if is hair that have entered my penis or the guy or the lady who have infected me.. Now my penis pains and is swallowed too.. Please help me
