Suspecting breast cancer

Asked for Female, 25 Years

She has been lately seeing visible changes in her breast colour.. the area around the breast has brown patches.. there are visible eruptions which are painless around her nipples.. it is difficult sometimes for her to put on her innerwear.. slightly painful sometimes...are these symptoms of breast cancer..do u suggest a mammogram test for her???
