If you are certain that you have acute sinusitis, you can use steam inhalation 3 times daily, xylometazoline nasal spray 3 times daily for maximum 3 days , mucolytic syrup 10 ml 3 times daily,and augmentin 625 mg twice daily for 5 days , OR doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for 7 days if you are allergic to penicillin . for headache body pain meftal forte every 8hours .
However best way to deal with it ,is to consult with a doctor in your area.
