Suspected oral cancer,

Asked for Male, 63 Years

Sir, I have a diognosis of osmf later stage by dentist. 11months ago. I have consulted practo specialists. Inside cheeks are sunken with white red patches are seen. Most worrying factors is that I have tumours On the llower lips ,uppish transperent and mild depression on the middle.since 6 , months Followed by different ulcer like side by side UPPER lips are seen with flat ulcers . Now entire MOUTH is painful. Under the tongue ulcers siders of the tongue Also.,at the junction of teeth and jaw white substance developed and near ulva whitish Color developed. Mouth burning heavy Watering of mouth HEAVY Shall I go for biopsy. Or any medication for the symptoms. Please guide me
