Suspected case of whitehead near cheek

Question

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have been having these 'pimples' in the triangle area between the nose, cheeks and lip corner. They are not inflamed, don't hurt, have very little change of color, no pus, closed pores. There is no relation to hormonal changes. I think they are white heads, but am not 100% sure. I could attach a picture of that skin are if necessary.
