Suspect of Pamphagus vulgaris in legs

As per homeopathic doctor, my mother is suffering from pamphagus vulgaris on both legs and taking medicine from last 3 years. Sometimes it looks cured but actually not. Kindly suggest if it's really pamphagus or something else. then we can come for treatment as we are not sure where we will get the right treatment.
