Medications are only for pain relief (mostly). I understand your pain and concern and intend create relief for you. Trust me!! and .. Firstly, learn to relax; train yourself. Correct breathing way is when our tummy fulls up while we are breathing in and tummy comes in while breathing out. This happens naturally when we're in a relaxed state! *You can take the help of a Physiotherapist! (The training sounds easy but is not!; guidance is needed if you want to be effective) 2. Relaxation combined with some physiotherapist guided exercises will ensure your relief. Also, consulting a physician/orthopedecian is must to rule out other diagnoses.
Next Steps
Learn to relax. Visit/Consult the doctor.
Health Tips
Hot fomentation on the painful/stiff area at a comfortably warm temperature for 10 mins.
