Supra pubic radiating pain
I am suffering from pubic pain. Urine test ok. Urine culture ok, ultrasound ok. Was on UTI medicines Nitrofuruntoin and ultracet Can it be musculoskeletal or some other reason. I play badminton. How to manage.

With normal urine tests and ultrasound,this is likely musculoskeletal pain.

Yes, with normal urine tests, culture, and ultrasound, suprapubic pain that radiates and worsens with activity like badminton is very commonly musculoskeletal. The usual causes are pubic symphysis strain (osteitis pubis), adductor muscle strain, or core muscle overload, especially from sudden lunges, twisting, and directional changes in badminton antibiotics won’t help this once infection is ruled out management involves rest from aggravating sports for a few weeks, avoiding sudden side movements using local heat and short term pain relief as needed if pain persists beyond 2–3 weeks or increases with walking or leg movement, a clinical orthopedic/sports evaluation and sometimes MRI pelvis helps confirm the diagnosis and guide recovery
