Is it wrong, in any way, to take these three tabs in a day, without any prescription from any doctor? Do we need to be prescribed to take such supplements also?

Taking any medicine without prescription and proper necessity is not advisable. As such taking these medicines three times a day is beyond safe limits.

Kindly don't self medicate, as harmless as they may seem they can cause hypervitaminosis if not taken properly. So kindly have a well balanced diet and have only one multivitamin. Kindly do check your Vitamin levels. Please take any form of medications only after consulting with a doctor.
