Making a healthy lifestyle. 70% diet and 30% exercise are good for weight loss. Do’s- use skimmed/ tonned milk (300ml) daily Use curd or paneer made up from the tonned milk also Use olive oil, rice bran oil, saffola, mustard oil in the cooking Drink 8-10 glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products completely Avoid roots vegetables like potato, arbhi , zimikand etc. Avoid tinned, canned, fried , processed food products Avoid pickles and papad , sour products like vinegar, tamarind , amla etc.

Hello dear, You can take ready eat foods to save your time will beneficial for you to reduce weight. In the morning time you can take corn flakes / oat flakes/ masala oats Increase intake of vegetables , fruits , eggs and milk. Take flex seeds. Time is very important every food should be taken in correct time according to your requirement. Do your body analysis to know what supplement would be beneficial for you.
