Supplements for mental health
From 10 years I am suffering from anxiety and depression and taking medicines for it ... I had symptoms like heavy head , heavy eyes, disturbed heartbeat and the important one is " less brain power"... for last 5 years i tried everything , got the best psychiatrist but no medicines were working on me... 4 months before , i was going through youtube videos and came to know about supplements... so I started using these supplements with anti depressant... Magnesium, salmon omega3 , vitamin d3 , lions mane mushroom ... and i got an immense improvement... my heavy head and eyes is gone , i can feel the clarity and freshness.... but now I am stuck here from 6 days where i am not seeing improvement but stability is there ... now the remaining symptoms are that i dont have imagination power ...I am in a stage where if i stop any of these , i will have to bear withdrawal symptoms .... The main thing is , I dont know what to do next

Hello, the improvement you felt after adding supplements shows that your body had underlying deficiencies affecting your mood, clarity and brain function. Right now you are stable but not improving further because imagination power, focus and cognitive function need a different approach. Staying on the same combination for months can cause a plateau. You don’t have to stop everything suddenly because that can cause withdrawal-like symptoms, but the next step is to get a proper neurological and psychiatric review along with a blood work-up. With correct evaluation, we can adjust your treatment safely and help you move forward. Please consult me directly so I can guide you step by step on what tests and treatment approach will help you now.
