I have been a bit of hair loss on my crown area and minoxidil in the past hasn't helped much . I researched online and found out about biotin gummies and collagen peptide supplements for hair health.

Minoxidil has a therapeutic effect on hairloss and has proven evidence in hair regrowth. If there wasn't much improvement, the method of application must be crosschecked. Otherwise there could be a cause why hair is not regrowing at that site. Biotin only has the role of vitamin supplement and is an adjuvant, not mainstay treatment.
