At the age of 33 what supplements should we take for better skin and hair? I have dry skin , texture and prone to acne.

First adequate hydration. Drink 3 litres water per day and eat more vegetables and fruits. Drink bone broth based soups atleast weekly two times for getting more collagen, that will help in healthy skin hair and nail. Diet is most important Second apply a good moisturizer and use non comedogenic gel based sunscreen regularly. Face and body moisturizers are different. So select wisely.
