Superior Peroneal Retinaculum Injury
Hello, I am Sumit, And I am a Professional Cricketer (Fast Bowler). Once I was doing my fielding session during practice, I tried to take a catch by diving on to the ground, and wcasehen I landed to the ground my left toe got hit to the ground and my body got rotated and my toe got stuck to the ground as I was wearing metal spikes, and suddenly one pooping sound came from my ankle, and my peroneal tendon got subluxation. And whenever my foot faces eversion movement, subluxation occurs. I did the MRI report, the report says that it's Peroneal Retinaculum Injury Grade 1. It's now 6th Month, still I am facing same problem. I want to play cricket again. Please Help me out in this situation.

Have you consulted a Orthopaedic doctor? If not , you should meet one and get yourself examined clinically and take further advice. There is no point discussing a MRI report on a online platform..it will not solve your problem.
Health Tips
Your problem can be definitely treated, for that you meet a Orthopaedic doctor in person.
