Superficial skin scars
I have developed and developing spontaneous superficial facial scars without any injury to the skin..dey are very shallow..visible only up close..my dermatologist gave me glycolic acid 4% to be applied over the scars..he also suggested fractional laser if there is no improvement with the cream..why am I developing these kind of scars without any prior trauma..?
