Super tiredness w/ body and breast pain

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi, I was feeling hard pining pain in lumps near breasts. Had few doctor visits seemed normal. After pregnancy it looks like lowered down. However, I want to be sure if everything is fine. Whom to visit? Also in morning after whole day and night house any child take care, I am feeling very very tired. Whole body remains in pain every time and in the morning this doesn't allow me to wake up. This is the scenario I think I always faced after my marriage. Whether it is to do with my diet?
