Suntan and dryness of face

Asked for Male, 40 Years

I applied trunex(tretinoin cream) in night and went in sunlight the other day without applying sunscreen in Nov.2016. still after 10 months suntan and dryness is there. I am taking antoxid HC for the last two months but with no effect. Is there any remedy for this or has it become permanent.
