Sun rashes

Asked for Female, 36 Years

We came to beach vacation and I got severe sun rashes on my hands and neck area. The hands are swollen and itch a lot. I feel pain in moving my hand due to rashes. It is already 2 days but it seems rashes are only growing. I have stopped using sun block cream and applied calamine cream as well but not seen much benefit.
