Sun or dust problem

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Everytime i go outside especially in cars, my skin becomes reddish n dry. Doc prescribed me econom(momatesone) and i took a capsule of becon plus. This condition is 2 years old. Now sunscreen is not helping also. I have tried so many doctors but they say only avoid sun. But they dont provide permanent solution. I am so depressed now. It take 3/4 days of ecomom to heal my face but after a week it hppens again if i go out.
