Suicidal thoughts
Sir for past 8 months I am appearing in my promotional based exams I m failing continous ly now I m really fed up with my stupid studies and even I m in a position I have to pass for my exams I can not quit those exams for my next job employment. I m unable to sleep I feel anxious & depressed and just cut & harm myself to get over with now it is too much for me I m a burden and now I imagine everytime for silent death

If you are feeling suicidal and hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Talk to people who you are close to about how you are feeding. Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
