Some of my has taken .25 mg 8 tables of epitome and .50 mg 20 tables of epitome what should i do? Plzz help asap

I am assuming you are talking about tablet epitome which is topiramate. And doses of tablet is 25 and 50mg.
If quantity specified is accurate total dose taken comes out to be 1.2 gram which is way beyond safe dose but should not be fatal.
