Suggestive of G.Pharyngitis
Been suffering from this since 8-9 months now. No relief from granulations. One big granulation increasing in size in middle. Medications takes over all in these 9 months are Azy , Allegra , Allegra M , Nasal Irrigation, Nasal Steroids, Betadine gargle, Saltwater gargle, Anti histamines, antacids H/O : Smoking 3-4 times a week but now stopped. Drinking alcohol : 1-2 times a month but stopped during lockdown for 8 months Please suggest any tests to be done or any other medications to relieve from this granulations. My main concern is about the granulations if it will decrease and disappear? And what should I take to avoid that.

They will disappear slowly.. Continue the abstinence.. Use antacids.. No need for any specific medication.. They are just hypertrophic.. Need not worry if they are not causing you any trouble
