I have a hard frenulam; what should i do for it? Does doing circumcision will help to get rid of this hard frenulam? As this is interrupting in erection of penis while having sex. So if you help me with your expert suggestion i will be grateful to you. One more thing how much it will cost doing a needful treatment or operation?
