Impression: Degenerative changes in lumbar spine. • Small postero central disc protrusion and ligamentum flaval hypertrophy at L2-3 level indenting thecal sac. Mild annular disc bulge and ligamentum flaval hypertrophy at L4-5 level indenting thecal sac. Grade II anterolisthesis of L5 over si vertebral body is seen with bilateral spondylolysis and uncovering of postero-superior intervertebral disc resulting in narrowing of bilateral neural foramen with indentation over exiting nerve roots. Bilateral facetal athropathy at L5-S1 level. @@@@@@@@@@# Doctor Suggested to take operation for cure, but my mom refused and family refused so now she is using lower back support belt. i would like to know that without operation can it be cured by chiropractic or physiotherapy.
