My age is 30, male, I am overweight means 100+ with fatty liver, uric acid, thyroid and cholesterol.. taking medicines for the same and started gym 2days ago.. now want to know what should be my diet for morning to night as I have already eating light foods also wanna know that idli does with Sambhar will be good for me or not? Pls help with the same, I need help

Hi you need to Focus on some dietary habits related to your fatty liver, uric acid and cholesterol: * You need to eradicate smoking and drinking ( if it is there ) * Oil consumption should be limited to 2 table spoon per day only. Combination of PUFA AND MUFA is recommended like : olive oil, cannola oil, rice bran oil, mustard oil. * Rotation of oils in every 20 -30 days is considered * Avoid ghee, butter, creams etc Also Losing weight can be an easy task if proper diet is being followed with correct timings. So I am providing you the sample diet chart: Early morning : ( 5 Am- 6 AM ) : tea/ coffee with 2 biscuits Prefer toned/ double toned milk Prefer atta biscuits instead of maida. Breakfast : ( 9 AM- 10 AM)poha/ dhokhla/ egg white Mid morning : (11 -11:30 AM) fruit/ juice/ coconut water. ( Avoid juice if diabetic) Lunch: (1-2 PM)salad + dal + sabji + rice Amount of all should be 1 katori. Prefer eating salad before food evening tea: (5-6 PM) : tea / coffee with 2 biscuits.
