Suggestion for hairloss treatment

I am 23years female.I consulted a doctor for hair loss who suggested me for Mesotheraphy(monthly once) and a Hairfast (their patented medicine course) treatment for a period of 4 months.they have charged me 17600. Is it worth and will it be effective.
