Functioning thyroid hormones are T3 and T4. TSH is a stimulating hormones released by pituitary gland in our brain depending on thyroid hormone need to our body. if TSH value is decreased along with with increased T3 and T4 then it is known as hypothyroidism.
In your case there is decrease in TSH levels so I need to know T3 and T4 levels to advise treatment
