Suggest rich Vitamin D Vegetarian food
My sister lack Vitamin D which is currently 8 , and should be above 30. Please suggest some Vegetarian food material since we are Vegetarians.

Milk & milk products vegitable oils exposure to direct sunlight ( not through glass windows) are rich sources of vit D. Vit D (60k) tabs of veg source are also available.

I think going for medication supplements would be the best idea. Once a week sachets or daily tablets

Vitamin D is not freely available in food forms. It is present in small quantities in  mushroom and fortified milk. But not enough to cover up your vitamin deficiency. Vitamin D is mainly produced when the body is exposed to sunlight. Please consult regarding Vitamin D supplementation
