Suggest Medicine for healthy body
Please suggest any ayurvedic medicine which helps in keeping all the internal body organs healthy and improving the digestive system especially the heart. I usually take sukhasarak vati for digestion after my operation of fissures but nowadays I feel tight Ness in the chest and gases issue . My complete body checkup tests including ecg , 2d -echo , sonography, LFT and chest x-ray are normal.

You can take 1-Chavyanprash or amlaki rasaya 20 grm daily twice with milk How to take - sit in a room close the door and take you 20 grm dose with milk and sit for at least 30 min inside the room 2- ashwaghanda +bhrami+Kappikachu +sthavari+ Arjun powder mix together and take 10 grm twice in a day with Luke warm milk

U can take gasantak Bati ( Baidynath ) 2 tablets after food whenever u have this feeling of gas n tightness !!

Hi If your all reports are normal then do these  things daily. :- Yoga  empty stomach daily. :- drink boiled leukiwarm water. :-eat fibrous fruit and vegetables :- do not eat spicy and fried food :-do not eat non veg :- do not drink alcohol Medicine:- 2 tablet of gasex ( himalaya company ) tds after breakfast ,lunch and dinner( for gas)

Drink warm water during morning in empty stomach. Drink upto 2 ltrs of water per day. Try to avoid junk food. If you took junk food or heavy meal, then take 2 tablets of Dhanvantara vati with warm water 2 times a day. Take Chyavanprasha Lehya 1 tsp with milk at bed time.
