Thyroid level should be under control then your hairfall will reduce.. so medications for thyroid u should be continued as per doctors advice, drink plenty of fluids, avoid stress and tensions, sleep minimum of 8 hours at night, eat healthy diet

Your hypothyroidism is not subclinical it is full blown hypothyroidism. Yes hypothyroidism either subclinical or symptomatic will cause increase in hair fall, kindly consult a general physician or a endocrinologist to start thyroxine supplements for hypothyroidism
