There is no such thing called good and not good glutathione.... Please remember your skin color is created by God... You cannot change it.... Glutathione in the form of injections are only effective... Tablets may give mixed response..... The skin may show glowing or brighter... Until you take them.... It will come back to norma color once stopped.... So the answer is you have to take for lifelong....
