Suggest me any soap and cream?

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Sir, my skin contains black spots and somewhat dry. I met 2 doctors from past 2 years ...they suggested me to use kromalite cream,blazia L,kojic acid lotion...I used from past 2 years but no use...and no improvement in my skin...And also used Nrich baby soap...if u don't mine,shall you suggest me to use any cream or lotion and soap... Thank you sir.
