It can be because of some neck problem that is radiating to shoulders. Sometimes in very initial stages it is not detectable in x-ray MRI etc. or the case has not reached to such a point that it can be seen /detected in by various tests available.
Try a few basic exercises to strengthen and supporting muscles. Repeat each exercise a few times, then increase the number of repetitions as the exercise gets easier. A person can ease the symptoms of cervical pain with a few simple neck exercises.
1. Neck stretch
Keep your body straight.
Push your chin forward in a way that stretches the throat.
Softly tense the neck muscles.
Hold this for 5 seconds.
Return your head to its center position.
Push your head back with the chin held high, and hold for 5 seconds.
Carry out 5 repetitions.
2. Neck tilt
Tilt your head forward so that the chin touches the chest.
Softly tense the neck muscles.
Hold this for 5 seconds.
Return the head to a neutral position.
Carry out 5 repetitions.
3. Neck tilt (side-to-side)
Lean your head down towards either shoulder, leading with the ear.
Softly tense the neck muscles.
Hold this for 5 seconds.
Return your head to the center and repeat on the other shoulder.
Carry out 5 repetitions.
4. Neck turn
Turn your head to one side as far as it remains comfortable, being sure to keep your chin at a level height.
Tense your neck muscles for 5 seconds.
Return the head to a central position.
Repeat on the opposite side.
Repeat this exercise 5 times on each side.

Hello my friend.
Well, since from last one year you're living with this issue and visited multiple healthcare providers, so by now you must be knowing that wrong sitting postures, and more so, the environment that you're working in, may be the major causative factors.
You guys usually work in the temperature which is supposed to be healthy for your computers(20'C to 26'C), but unfortunately it's not as healthy for humans(37'C). So, this huge temperature difference could be one of the reasons for your suffering.
However, Considering the weight and height that you have provided, your BMI shows normal values and suggestive of a better physique. So, may I ask you to practice some Yogasana.
* 'Surya Namaskar' - It is a very popular complete body stretching exercises. Always underrated, but has a potential to do any magic.
* 'Ushtrasan,Bhujangasan and Halasan'- stretches the neck, shoulders and spine, improves blood supply and thus hepls to relieve pain.
* Temperature therapy is also very useful. One can simply use hot water bag or electric heating pad.
Caution- Avoid excess heating.
* Avoid sour food like curd, pickle etc.
But still I would advise you to consult with your healthcare provider before you start any treatment.
Get well soon...!
