My son got fever , I am giving paracetamol 5ml ..its been 24 hr now.
Can you please suggest good Antibiotics.

We just don't start antibiotics like that. If he has fever and he is okay un between 2 fever spikes its more likely to be a viral fever where antibiotics don't work
So my suggestion wait for 2 more days and wait for other symptoms to evolve then decide about giving antibiotics
