Sugar Testing
What is the ideal fasting time for checking the sugar levels in morning. Usually, fasting between 8 to 12 hours is recommended. As per trend, my sugar levels are high if test is conducted after 8 hours fasting and are in range if it's conducted after 10 hours. Which one is more reliable?

Fasting sample should be taken minimum 8hrs after last meal and before 12hrs after last meal. So 10-12hrs will be ideal. Also your previous night meal will affect your Fasting sugar level.
