Sugar problem spiking
My mother is 53 years old and have diabetes from the last 5 years recently her sugar levels are spiked now she is on gemer 3 before breakfast before dinner and Gibtulio10mg after lunch after 2 days I checked her sugar post breakfast it came to be 270 and on the 3rd day post breakfast sugar is 290 she is having medicine still her sugar is spiking also her urine microalbumin is 2.99 and doc has order urea creatinine and og pg tests please tell me if still medicines can work

She will take a long time for control of Diabetes  She should be put on Insulin for about 2 weeks and once Blood sugar is controlled she can be brought back to oral anti-diabetic
