Sir i have affect diabeties past three years. Sugar level fasting 250 fps 560.medication used insulin max ml.but not reduce my sugar level,sugar not affect my eyes,kiney,andbody weight,but affect my semen,not child my life,why?

Your sugar levels are dangerously high. There is no patient who can not be controlled on insulin. Your medicines, insulin doses and technique need to be reviewed along with sugar chart. You should go for a full consultation along with all these details.
