Sugar level during pregnancy
My wife is running 7th month pregnant. She is 29yr old and NOT a diabetic patient. We got OGCT test done. Sugar level is 128. Should we be worried?

Hello Glucose challenge test >140 mg/dl is suggestive of Diabetes.But it  is not gold standard test to rule out diabetes. It would be preferable to go for oral glucose tolerance test with 75gm of anhydrous glucose to rule out diabetes.
